Tortellini Soup


1 pound ground sausage – browned
1– 32 oz carton beef broth
1– 10 ½ ounce can condensed French onion soup
1– 14 ½ ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 – 14 ½ ounce can zucchini with tomato sauce
1– 15 ounce can veg-all original mixed vegetables w/ juice

1 - 16 ounce bag frozen cheese tortellini
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes. Add frozen cheese tortellini, pepper, salt, and minced garlic and simmer 20 more minutes or until tortellini noodles are done.
